I had hoped for a matte finish. I called to discuss that possibility after getting my order, and your service representative was so polite and helpful that even though I was totally disappointed to learn that they only come in glossy, I'd sure shop with you again fir other things in the future. I'll just let my painter do her thing. You are a friendly organization, and I would recommend you to a friend!
I've placed a couple orders with Hawk Lighting... always decent prices, smooth transaction and no issues.
With this specific order, I ordered some "goof rings", which were exactly as described and were shipped quickly.
If I HAD to whine about anything, it would be that the trim rings are for ceiling use and come with a GLOSS finish (for ceilings, they should probably be 'flat'.... but, that's a MANUFACTURER issue, NOT there's).
Most likely, I'll do business with them again.
