    Horrible Packaging and...

    We have purchased 7 28 inch lights and 1 38 inch product with no problems. Now we came back from vacation with a mess This UPS shipment is damaged. See the attached pictures. The banding cut thru the cardboard a scuffed the lights I have not separated the light but I know three lights rattle and the is probably coulee of rectifiers are loose but I am not sure. Not sure what to do
