Seems to be a good product.

I was Leary at first, I saw the items on Amazon. so I thought I would go right to the site and research the company, as I checked other companies for price comparison, None of them could match the price, For my personal opinion, I think they would gererate more business if they would offer a military discount, Most places where I shop offer the discount and have a high volume of costumers.

First impression: the light from these 5k lights...

First impression: the light from these 5k lights is beautiful! Clear, bright, and well diffused. Best price from Hawk Lighting on the entire internet. Second: we bought about 20 lights of different lengths and they were not packaged well. One package came completely apart and the lights spilled out and were delivered in a pile. HOWEVER, none were damaged and they all worked when installed. Third: Hawk Lighting needs to put a customer service phone number on their website. The website has absolutely no way of getting in touch with a live person. I spent an hour on the web trying to track down a contact and finally found the parent company that owns it. They gave me an email address to send for a reply. I sent the email with my phone number and — kudos to Hawk — someone called me back within an hour or so. Problem resolved. But cummon, Hawk, post a customer service phone number!
